SNRP has the meaning ascribed to it in the Railways (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005;
MCIP means (i) the joint county industrial park established pursuant to the terms of the MCIP Agreement and (ii) any joint county industrial park created pursuant to a successor park agreement delivered by the County and a partner county in accordance with Section 4-1-170 of the MCIP Act, or any successor provision, with respect to the Project.
DPSP means a deferred profit sharing plan within the meaning of the Tax Act;
MPI means the Borrower’s Ministry of Planning and Investment, and any successor thereto.
DCP means disclosure controls and procedures;

OPC has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.
ARP means the location or address of the party designated by the Home Carrier as the delivery point for its CIBER records and authorized agent for performing CIBER edits.

GCP means the Good Clinical Practices officially published by EMA, FDA and the International Conference on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) that may be in effect from time to time and are applicable to the testing of the Compounds.
H1, H2 etc means First Highest, Second Highest Offers etc. in Disposal Tenders means
Opioid treatment program means a detoxification or maintenance treatment program which is required to report patient identifying information to the central registry and which is located in the state.
MOC means the Ministry of Coal, Government of India.
B.E.P.D. means an entity certified as a Business enterprise owned or operated by people with disabilities as defined in MCC Section 2-92-586.
MPC means Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
Alpha means Alpha Natural Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
EDSP means the Exchange Delivery Settlement Price and has the meaning attributed to it in Rule PPPP.5.
Nursing program means a series of courses leading to an LPN certificate or an ADN degree provided through a Wyoming community college; or a BSN degree or a Master’s degree provided through the University of Wyoming; or, in the case of a candidate for a doctoral degree, provided through an institution offering the required nursing education courses under contract with the WICHE, or in a distance nursing education program provided through a university that is regionally accredited.
Program Participants means, for any CRP, the Centers (other than the Lead Center for such CRP) and any Partner receiving funding for activities under such CRP that are funded by the CGIAR Fund.
MI 11-102 means Multilateral Instrument 11-102 – Passport System;
Treatment program means an abstinence based program or facility that is accredited by any of the following:
SIP means Session Initiation Protocol.
DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.
HSA or “Health Savings Account” means a health savings account, as defined in Code Section 223(d).
Columbarium means a building or other aboveground structure that is affixed to land and is a permanent repository for cremated human remains.
SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
