KSCL definition
KSCL means Kota Smart City Limited or its authorized representative for carrying out the process for selection of 'Successful Bidder' or 'Selected Bidder' as defined in this RFP and to execute the Agreement to carry out 'Supply, Installation and Maintenance of High Density Living Green Walls in Kota ' as per terms of the agreement and RFP;
KSCL means KOTA Smart City Limited and their officers authorised for implementation of this project;
