KSB Know How definition
KSB Know How means all inventions, discoveries, trade secrets, information, experience, data, formulas, procedures and results, and improvements thereon whether or not patentable or patented, which were created or obtained by KSB during the term of the Sublicense Agreement or during the term of this Agreement in connection with its activities related to the Licensed Rights, and reasonably required in connection with the manufacture, use or sale of any Licensed Products.
