  • Company grants to persons who meet its qualifications and are willing to undertake the investment and effort a franchise to own and operate a Krispy Kreme Store offering the Products and other products and services Company authorizes and utilizing the Krispy Kreme System subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
