KPKD definition
KPKD means Komite Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Daerah, a forum established by a Bupati or Wali Kota to coordinate poverty alleviation initiatives at the local level. “Land Acquisition and Resettlement Action Plan" means a resettlement and rehabilitation action plan, acceptable to the Association, prepared and implemented by a BKM or a Project Kabupaten or Project Kota, pursuant to the Land Acquisition and Resettlement Policy Framework and paragraph 11 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
