Examples of KPI Schedule in a sentence

  • The Contractor should note that his performance in relation to the complaints handling process will be assessed as described within the KPI Schedule and that where there are instances of poor or very poor performance, Contracting Bodies have the right to suspend the award of Cal-Off Contracts to the Contractor under the Framework Agreement.
