KPI Schedule definition

KPI Schedule is the list of Key Performance Indicators and related terms set out at Schedule 6;
KPI Schedule means the Schedule attached to this Agreement setting out the agreed form key performance indicators to be met by the Company in the provision of the Services and which forms part of this Agreement;

  • The Monthly Contract Price may be adjusted in the event that the Operator fails to meet a Key Performance Indicator subject to a Service Credit, in accordance with the KPI Schedule.

  • The FAW COMET KPI’s will be provided to each Area Association and League through the FAW COMET KPI Schedule, prior to commencement of each Playing Season to which those FAW COMET KPI’s will be applicable.

  • Key Performance Indicators(a) Unless expressly provided for in the KPI Schedule, the Operator must meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators from the Service Commencement Date.(b) TfNSW will measure the Operator’s performance against the Key Performance Indicators.(c) The Operator must comply with its obligations relating to the measurement and reporting of Key Performance Indicators and the remedy of any breaches of the Key Performance Indicators as set out in the KPI Schedule.

  • A target CO2 content per kilowatt hour of heat will be specified in the KPI Schedule to incentivise efficient and low carbon heat operations.

  • In the event the Operator fails to meet a KPI subject to a Service Credit, the monthly Payment due to the Operator will be reduced by the amount of the KPI Credit, calculated in accordance with the KPI Schedule.

  • Non-Compliance Event means any breach of this Service Contract other than a breach of a KPI, but includes a failure to provide a KPI Report or KPI Action Plan, and any failure to comply with a KPI Action Plan including any changes required pursuant to clause 3(g) of the KPI Schedule.

Related to KPI Schedule

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Shift Schedule means a projection of Employees’ shifts with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Plan Schedule means the key terms applicable to Plans as set, and as may be varied by Us, from time to time in its absolute discretion without notice to You;

  • Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.
