  • The Company may disclose information about the Client regarding the Client’s account for the purpose of examination or investigation by OJK, BEI, KPEI, KSEI and other authorities.

  • It is subject to and bound by KPEI Regulation Number II-10 regarding Scripless Securities Lending and Borrowing and all its implementing regulations.

  • Securities return shall be made with the same type, amount and classification as the Securities lent to KPEI and/or the rights attached to the said Securities.
