Kontroll definition

Kontroll betyr i sammenheng med denne definisjonen (i) eierskapet som er større enn eller lik 50 % av stemmeretten for valg av styremedlemmer for den aktuelle enheten, eller (ii) direkte eller indirekte eierskap eller kontroll over 50 % eller mer av stemmeinteressen til den aktuelle enheten. En enhet som blir et Tilknyttet selskap etter effektueringen av denne Avtalen, anses å være et Tilknyttet selskap i henhold til denne Paragrafen.
