Konsyl definition

Konsyl means Konsyl Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Debtor.
Konsyl the meaning set forth in the recitals. Law: any federal, state or local law (including common law), statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation or other requirement enacted, promulgated, issued or entered by a Governmental Entity.
