KO Line definition

KO Line means any of the knockout lines available from UC Xxxxx that were made using materials provided by Children’s Hospital and Research Center Oakland, Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute or Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Regeneron”) in the form of ES Cells, having a disruption in a particular Target Gene.
KO Line means any of the knockout mouse lines received by UC Xxxxx from Lexicon and/or Genentech pursuant to the Material Transfer Agreement between UC Davis, Lexicon and Genentech dated dated May 4, 2009 having a disruption of a particular Target Gene.
KO Line means any of the knockout lines available from Deltagen pursuant to the NIH Contract, whether in the form of KO Mice, Embryos, Sperm or ES Cells, having a disruption in a particular Target Gene.
