Known Pollution definition

Known Pollution means Hazardous Substances or Environmental Liabilities that are identified on Schedule 8.7(a), as may be amended pursuant to Section 7.4.
Known Pollution has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7(c).
Known Pollution means Hazardous Materials that are identified in the Environmental Disclosures or the ESA, which require Remedial Measures.

  • Environmental pollution means the contaminating or rendering unclean or impure the air, land or waters of the state, or making the same injurious to public health, harmful for commer- cial or recreational use, or deleterious to fish, bird, animal or plant life.
