Knowledgeable Parties means Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxx Xxxxxxxxx for purposes of the Knowledge of the Contributors with respect to all of the Projects, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx for purposes of the Knowledge of the Contributors with respect to the Mt. Nebo Project, Xxx Walstromer for purposes of the Knowledge of the Contributors with respect to the Centerton Project and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxx for purposes of the Knowledge of the Contributors with respect to the Beaver Creek Project, and for purposes of the Knowledge of TRT shall mean Xxxx Xxxxx.
