  • In the event of any dispute between the parties hereto involving the covenants or conditions contained in this Option or arising out of the subject matter of this Option, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable expenses, attorneys' fees and costs.

  • The Knowledge Resources that can be purchased through this Framework Agreement are: Print Journals: periodical publications published as physical hard copies.

  • The Purchasing Authority shall: provide the Provider of electronic Knowledge Resources, within thirty (30) days of the Commencement Date, with information sufficient to enable the Provider to enable access to the Service(s) and / or Licensed Materials in accordance with any obligations agreed in the Licence Agreement(s).

  • Knowledge means actual knowledge after reasonable investigation.

  • Water resources means all waters of the state occurring on the surface, in natural or artificial channels, lakes, reservoirs, or impoundments, and in subsurface aquifers, which are available, or which may be made available to agricultural, industrial, commercial, recreational, public, and domestic users;
