Knowledge Requirement definition

Knowledge Requirement means any requirement in a representation or warranty that a condition, event or state of fact be "known" by Chevron or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or be "to Chevron's knowledge" or be "to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇' knowledge" (or other words or phrases of similar effect or impact) in order for such condition, event or state of facts to cause such representation or warranty to be inaccurate.
