Knowingly Present definition
Knowingly Present means that a student attended a gathering of two (2) or more individuals at which one or more of the attendees (other than the student at issue) were using or are in possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled substances, drugs, pornography, or alcohol or tobacco and the student knew or reasonably should have known that such use or possession was occurring.
Knowingly Present means that a student attended a gathering of two (2) or more individuals at which one or more of the attendees (other than the student at issue) were involved in drug use as defined in this paragraph and the student knew or reasonably should have known that such drug use was occurring.
