KNAO means the Recipient’s audit office headed by the Controller and Auditor General established under the Constitution of Kenya and operating pursuant to the Exchequer and Audit Cap 412 of the Laws of Kenya and the Public Audit Act No. 12 of 2003, or any legal successor thereto;
