If KLL arranges transportation, storage or insurance of the Goods for the Customer, KLL does this as the Customer’s agent.
KLL agrees that Athletics has the exclusive right to any and all of Head Coach’s services describe in Section 5(A) (the “Services”) and that Head Coach’s Services, and any performance(s) similar to the Services, shall not be performed for any other person, corporation, entity, or third-party during the term of this Agreement without the express written consent and reasonable discretion of the Director of Athletics.
