Bonds of Series KKP No. 13 shall in the same manner be exchangeable for a like aggregate principal amount of bonds of Series KKP No. 13 upon the terms and conditions specified herein and in Section 7 of Article II of the Indenture.
Bonds of Series KKP No. 12 shall not be assignable or transferable except as may be required to effect a transfer to any successor trustee under the Monroe Trust Indenture, or, subject to compliance with applicable law, as may be involved in the course of the exercise of rights and remedies consequent upon an Event of Default under the Monroe Trust Indenture.
