Kit Component Specifications definition

Kit Component Specifications means the specifications and testing to be performed for each Kit Component, set forth on Exhibit 3, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with Section 2.2.2.
Kit Component Specifications means the specifications and testing to be performed for each Kit Component, set forth on [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED], as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with Section 2.2.2. 1.19 "Kit Specifications" shall mean the specifications, and testing to be performed for each Kit, set forth on [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED], as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with Section 2.2.2. 1.20 "Long Range Forecast" shall be defined in Section 4.1.

  • BAXTER shall control packaging materials listed in the Product Master Plan and shall assist CLIENT with evaluation and purchase of modified materials in the event that CLIENT requests, pursuant to Section 2.2, a packaging change in the Kit Specifications and/or Kit Component Specifications.

  • If any reprocessing, rework, or reproduction is required in order to meet the Kit Component Specifications and/or Kit Specifications, BAXTER shall conduct such reprocessing, rework, or reproduction in compliance with cGMPs and the BLA.

  • CLIENT further warrants that the Bulk Conjugated Antibody and other CLIENT Supplied Components provided to BAXTER hereunder will (1) conform to the applicable Kit Component Specifications and/or Kit Specifications and(2) not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the FD&C Act.

Related to Kit Component Specifications

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Class specification means a written description of a class setting forth factors and conditions which are essential characteristics of positions in that class.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings, as set out in the Order or otherwise agreed in writing by Get Living and the Supplier;

  • Project Specific IPRs means: (a) IPRs in the Services provided by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and all updates and amendments of these items created during the Contract Period; and/or (b) IPRs arising as a result of the provision of the Services by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) under the Contract, [including the rights in or to any database developed and supplied by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract;

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Invasive plant species means species of plants not historically found in California that spread outside cultivated areas and can damage environmental or economic resources. Invasive species may be regulated by county agricultural agencies as noxious species. Lists of invasive plants are maintained at the California Invasive Plant Inventory and USDA invasive and noxious weeds database.

  • District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.
