KIRB definition

KIRB means 8 % of the risk-weighted exposure amounts that would be calculated under Chapter 3 in respect of the securitised exposures, had they not been securitised, plus the amount of expected losses associated with those exposures calculated under those Articles;
KIRB means 8 % of the risk-weighted exposure amounts that would be calculated under the Internal Ratings Based Approach to credit risk in respect of the securitised exposures, had they not been securitised, plus the amount of expected losses associated with those exposures calculated under the said Approach;
KIRB. (K=capital, IRB approach) means 8 % of the risk-weighted asset amounts that would be calculated in respect of the securitised exposures, under the IRB approach described in Part VII, had they not been securitised, plus the amount of expected losses associated with those exposures;
