Kingpin Setting definition

Kingpin Setting means the distance between the kingpin or other peg which locks into the fifth wheel and the center of the rear axle or the center of the rear axle grouping (whichever applies).

  • BRRD II means Directive (EU) 2019/879 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019 amending Directive 2014/59/EU as regards the loss-absorbing and recapitalisation capacity of credit institutions and investment firms and Directive 98/26/EC.

  • Septage means the liquid and solid material pumped from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar domestic sewage treatment system, or from a holding tank, when the system is cleaned or maintained.

  • Blockchain means a digital ledger or database which is chronological, consensus based, decentralized and mathematically verified in nature;

  • Zone 2 means British Columbia and Alberta Receipt Points and Liquids Receipt Points at or upstream of the Blueberry Hill Compressor Station.

  • Zone 3 means all of that part of the Lower Peninsula south of the line described in subdivision (bb).
