King Program Technology definition
King Program Technology means any Technology that is (a) Invented by employees of, or Consultants to, King, alone or jointly with Third Parties (other than Consultants of PTI), in the conduct of the Development Program or (b) useful in the Field or that is actually used in the Development, manufacturing or Marketing of Products and that are acquired by King after the Closing Date pursuant to a Third Party Agreement.
