Kinematic Envelope definition

Kinematic Envelope means the maximum possible displacement of the Vehicle with respect to the rails due to either static or dynamic effects, under all permissible operating conditions, including limits of build tolerance, and maintenance of both Vehicle and track, excluding curve overthrows.
