  • Once the Preparedness Program has approved the Budget Maintenance Request in KGMS, a notification email will be sent to the sub-awardee notifying that the budget has been unlocked in KGMS and is ready for modification.

  • Licensed Software: the Licensor’s computer program, Grakn KGMS, and any Maintenance Release modification which is acquired by the Licensee during the subsistence of this licence.

  • BUDGET APPROVAL FROM KDHE Reminder: the budget will not be approved by the KDHE Preparedness Program if the Budget Narrative has not been completed and uploaded in KGMS.
