KGK means KGK Science Inc. “Leamington Acquisition” has the meaning ascribed thereto in “General Development of the Business– Three Year History”. "Licence" means a licence issued under the Cannabis Regulations in relation to cannabis. “Licence Holder” means the holder of a licence issued under the Cannabis Act or previous ACMPR, as applicable. “Minister” means the Minister of Health for Canada. “Processing Licence” means a licence to process cannabis issued under the Cannabis Act.
