KGIS definition

KGIS means the geographic information system jointly developed by the City of Knoxville, ▇▇▇▇ County, and the Knoxville Utilities Board which includes but is not limited to the computer equipment and peripheral devices, computer software, digital databases and supporting information, and telecommunications.

  • This obligation to repair and maintain shall only extend to those facilities of KGIS from the CPU to the point of connection with Licensee’s communications network as described in Section 3.04.
