KFH Trading is intended for the use specified in this contract only and may be used by the client or the determined work team if the client is a company.

The Client acknowledges his prior knowledge and consent that the "KFH Trading" account may be taxable subject to the tax system adopted in the different countries, without discrimination among clients on the basis of nationality, place of residence or the other criteria that may affect the extent of submission to the tax, since no client shall be treated in an independent manner.
