KeySpan means KeySpan Corporation, a New York corporation.
KeySpan means such successor.
KeySpan means KeySpan Corporation, a Washington corporation, until there shall be a successor thereto pursuant to the applicable provision of this Agreement, and thereafter "KeySpan" shall mean such successor.
