Keysight definition

Keysight means Defendant Keysight Technologies, Inc., incorporated in Delaware with its headquarters in Santa Rosa, California, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
Keysight shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Examples of Keysight in a sentence

  • Keysight will not sell, rent or lease Customer's personal data to others.

  • Keysight shall provide copies of such written sublicense agreements to Agilent upon request.

  • Keysight will pay shipping expenses and assume risk during transit for return of Product to Keysight for repairs and services covered by warranty and for shipment of the repaired or replacement Product to Customer.

  • In addition, Keysight, its subcontractors or suppliers will not be liable for any damages related to Customer’s or any end user’s network or operating environment, use of, or inability to access or use, its network or operating environment.
