Key Termsheets means termsheets G▇-▇▇-001 under the Grangemouth Hydrocarbons Sale and Purchase Agreement referred to in paragraph 9.14 of Part B of Schedule 2, and termsheet H▇-▇▇-001 under the Hydrocarbons Sale and Purchase Agreement referred to in paragraph 3.24 of Part B of Schedule 2;
