Key Task has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3 and Attachment 4 of Exhibit B (SOW).

  • Key Performance Indicator means a measure that captures the performance of a critical variable to expand and improve community-based corrections programs to promote offender success, ensure accountability, enhance public safety, and reduce recidivism.

  • Key Pair means a Private Key and associated Public Key.

  • Inclusionary development means a development containing both affordable units and market rate units. This term includes, but is not necessarily limited to: new construction, the conversion of a non-residential structure to residential and the creation of new affordable units through the reconstruction of a vacant residential structure.

  • Short-Term Resource Procurement Target means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, as to the PJM Region, for purposes of the Base Residual Auction, 2.5% of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement determined for such Base Residual Auction, for purposes of the First Incremental Auction, 2% of the of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement as calculated at the time of the Base Residual Auction; and, for purposes of the Second Incremental Auction, 1.5% of the of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement as calculated at the time of the Base Residual Auction; and, as to any Zone, an allocation of the PJM Region Short-Term Resource Procurement Target based on the Preliminary Zonal Forecast Peak Load, reduced by the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative. For any LDA, the LDA Short-Term Resource Procurement Target shall be the sum of the Short-Term Resource Procurement Targets of all Zones in the LDA.

  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan means the Schedule containing plans and provisions for business continuity and disaster recovery.

  • Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX means LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION, acting through its companies or business units as identified on the face of this Contract. If a subsidiary or affiliate of LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION is identified on the face of this Contract, then "LOCKHEED XXXXXX" means that subsidiary or affiliate.

  • Second Level Domain means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.).

  • Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

  • Supply Chain means the individuals and organisations who will be responsible for any of the design and/or construction of the Works as set out in the Schedule of Supply Chain Members;

  • Performance Formula means, for a Performance Period, the one or more objective formulae applied against the relevant Performance Goal to determine, with regard to the Performance Compensation Award of a particular Participant, whether all, some portion but less than all, or none of the Performance Compensation Award has been earned for the Performance Period.

  • Ground Level means the level of the referred point of exposed surface of the ground as indicated in the drawing.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.

  • Mining Xxx 0000 means (unless the context otherwise requires) the Mining Xxx 0000 and the amendments thereto and the regulations made thereunder as in force on 31st December, 1981;

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;
