Examples of Key Representatives in a sentence

  • In the case of a serious complaint or any other special circumstances (such as the Key Representatives him or herself being involved in the dispute) then the matter will resolved in accordance with Clause 20 (Dispute Resolution) of the Agreement.

  • If a dispute arises between the Parties the Key Representatives will normally be expected to resolve it.

  • Prior to instituting formal proceedings, Vendor and Company shall attempt to resolve all disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement at a meeting attended by the Authorized Representatives of Company and the Key Representatives of the Vendor's Gap Brand and Banana Republic Brand teams.

  • In the event that any change is made to a member of the Key Representatives, the Provider shall inform the Authority at once and shall ensure that the replacement is a suitably qualified person who is approved by the Authority.

  • No waiver shall be effective unless it is: expressly stated to be a waiver; in writing; and signed by the Key Representatives.
