Key Performance Requirements definition

Key Performance Requirements or “KPR” means requirements that rise to a level of a criticality that a failure to meet stated performance results in harm to HHSC and Liquidated Damages apply.
Key Performance Requirements or “KPRs” means Key Performance Requirements. “LABCST” means Legal Assistance, Benefits Counseling Services, and Training.

Examples of Key Performance Requirements in a sentence

  • The Key Performance Requirements will be used to measure the Grantee’s successful performance of the services and production of deliverables.

  • Grantee shall ensure services are provided at or above the level established in Attachment D, Key Performance Requirements, of the Grant Agreement; and that all required deliverables and reports are submitted in accordance with the due dates set forth in this Scope of Grant Project and Attachment C, Contract Deliverables, of the Grant Agreement.

  • The Grantee shall ensure services are provided at or above the level established in Section 12, Key Performance Requirements (KPRs), and that all required deliverables and reports are submitted in accordance with Section 13, Deliverables.

  • Liquidated Damages Value $1,000 per day Measurement of Noncompliance Each calendar day for each instance of late, unacceptable or no response Calculation/ Reporting Process Compliance with this KPR is determined by comparing the submission date of the Key Performance Requirements Report via the vendor formal communication process to the established due date.

  • All areas of responsibility and all requirements listed in the Agreement will be subject to performance evaluation by HHSC acting reasonably and consistent with the objectives and standards and Key Performance Requirements.
