Key-handover contract definition

Key-handover contract means a single contract comprising several correlated goods, works and services for installation, testing and adjustment of construction equipment, engineering and architect designing and preparing such construction for exploitation;

  • Customer Contract means the terms and conditions that Customer accepts to receive access to and use the applicable Offering.
