key functions definition
key functions means functions included in the activity of collective portfolio management as defined in Annex II of the 2010 Law or functions included in Annex I of the 2013 Law, respectively, including monitoring delegates of the above-mentioned functions, permanent compliance, risk management and internal audit functions as well as, the valuation function for the AIFM;
key functions means the functions considered crucial by the Euronext Derivatives Steering Committee for the performance of the Services and communications between the Euronext Market Undertakings and LCH in relation to the Services and identified as such in the Derivatives Service Level Annex;
