Key Financial Information definition

Key Financial Information means: (i) the gross profit (being net sales less standard costs, less third party royalties) for each of the Key Products in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013; and (ii) the net sales for the Key Products in respect of the financial years ended 31 December 2012 and 31 December 2011, as set out in an annex to the Disclosure Letter;

Key Financial Information means the information set out in Annexure A. Leverage Spread means the percentage of interest to be charged per annum along with the Base Rate, as specified in Annexure A for leverage Credit Facility.

Examples of Key Financial Information in a sentence

  • The hiring will begin on the date the vehicle is delivered or collected by you and will continue for the period and at the payments shown in the Key Financial Information.

  • If you have exceeded your agreed aggregate mileage when you return the car to us, you will be required to pay an additional charge as described in the Key Financial Information section of the Hire Agreement and Appendix 1 of these Terms.

  • This payment is in addition to the minimum payment in the Key Financial Information (condition 1) above.

  • This payment is in addition to the means Circle Health Group Limited and any person to whom its rights and/or duties under this Agreement have passed or are agreed to pass means the person who enters into this Agreement with us minimum payment in the Key Financial Information (condition 1) above.

  • Your Loan Statement (Key Financial Information) and Terms and Conditions are an integral part of this Agreement and You should read them before You sign the Agreement.
