Key Deliverable has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 11.8.1.

Key Deliverable as used herein shall mean the Deliverables identified with the word "KEY" in Exhibit C (Project Schedule - Remittance Processing & Image Archive) and Exhibit C.1 (Project Schedule - Optima 3 IMS). Key Deliverables includ e, without limitation, Milestones as defined in Subparagraph 1.3.24 (Milestone).

Examples of Key Deliverable in a sentence

• A Key Deliverable shall be deemed completed on the earliest date that all of the Work required for the completion of such Key Deliverable is completed in accordance with applicable Specifications and delivered to the Exchange.

• All of the foregoing credits shall apply separately, and cumulatively, to each Key Deliverable in the Project Schedule.

• All of the foregoing Liquidated Damages shall apply separately, and cumulatively, to each such Key Deliverable.

• The determination of whether each Key Deliverable or Milestone has been so completed and so approved, and of the date upon which such Key Deliverable or Milestone was completed, shall be made by County’s Project Director as soon as practicable in accordance with Paragraph 2.4 (Approval of Work) after County is informed by Contractor that such Key Deliverable or Milestone has been completed and is given all the necessary information, data and documentation to verify such completion.

• Reporting The Contractor shall report the Key Deliverable Dates within the approved Work Plan.

• The determination of whether a Key Deliverable has been so completed and of the date upon which such Key Deliverable was completed, shall be made by the Exchange Project Director after the Exchange has received Certification from Contractor that such Key Deliverable has been completed and is given all the necessary information, Data, and documentation to verify such completion.

• Accordingly, for each day after the delivery deadline of Key Deliverable 8.9 (Production Use of System for Ninety (90) Consecutive Days with No Deficiencies), Exhibit A (Statement of Work), Contractor shall pay County liquidated damages in the amount of $500 per day, not to exceed thirty (30) days, until Acceptance by County of the subject Key Deliverable.

• The Consultant must complete any part or all of the Services on a date earlier than the applicable Key Deliverable Dates or the Completion Date, if Council directs it to do so.

• The Customer shall be deemed to accept any such Key Deliverable which Customer does not accept or reject within such period.

• This clause 19 only applies if Schedule 1 sets out a Completion Date or Key Deliverable Date.
