  • Primary Dealer means any governmental bond dealer reporting to, trading with and recognized as a primary dealer by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and included in the most current “List of the Primary Government Securities Dealers Reporting to the Market Reports Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York”.
