Key Contractor definition

Key Contractor means the Contractor under any Key Contract.
Key Contractor means the person, firm, or entity who in the Bidder’s Proposal undertakes (or is committed) to provide any one or more of the following goods and/or services in regard to the Project, namely design, construction, commissioning of the facilities, or facilities management;
Key Contractor means any Contractor that is party to any Key Contract.

More Definitions of Key Contractor

Key Contractor means any person or other legal entity, other than a primary management official or key employee, who has a contract with the Gaming Operations where the contractor performs for the gaming operation any function described in the definition for a key employee or primary management official, included but not limited to all providers of Class II or Class III games of chance, gaming equipment, supplies or services.
Key Contractor means any entity who is a counterparty to any Conversion Contract from time to time (other than the Owner), which as at the date of this Agreement means Keppel Shipyard, Black & Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Management Limited.
Key Contractor means, individually, each of K.M. Drilling, Inc., Boart Xxxxxxxx, Zonge International, Inc., and SRK Consulting.
Key Contractor means any party to a Key Contract that is not TfNSW or the Operator. Key Contract Security Document means:
Key Contractor means the Supplier, Geodrill LLC and Ormat Holding Corp.
Key Contractor means each contractor of the Company or any Company Subsidiary listed on Schedule 1.01(a) under the heading “Key Contractors”.

  • Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor: listed in Framework Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors); which, in the opinion of the Authority and the Customer, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Services; and/or with a Sub-Contract with a contract value which at the time of appointment exceeds (or would exceed if appointed) 10% of the aggregate Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be payable under this Call Off Contract;

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Approved Contractor means an “Approved Contractor” specified in the Key Details.

  • The Sub-Contractor means any person, firm or company (other than the Contractor) to whom any part of the work has been entrusted by the Contractor with the written consent of the Engineer-In-Charge and the legal representative successors and permitted assignee of such person, firm or company.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.
