Key Consultant definition

Key Consultant means a person who is engaged by Latinocare Management Corp. or its Subsidiaries as a non-employee to perform tasks on a contractual basis over a sufficient period of time that he or she satisfies the eligibility criteria set forth by the Securities and Exchange Commission for a non-employee to participate in a registered stock option plan.
Key Consultant has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Key Consultant has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a).

Related to Key Consultant

  • Sub-consultant means an entity to whom the Consultant intends to subcontract any part of the Services while the Consultant remains responsible to the Procuring Entity during the whole performance of the Contract.
