Key Agreement definition

Key Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of October 4, 2017, (as amended, modified, or restated from time to time) among the Borrower, the Parent Entity, any other guarantors party thereto, the lenders party thereto and KeyBank National Association, as administrative agent.
