• This agreement will be terminated unilaterally by KESH j.s.c. in case of creation of the Albanian Energy Exchange, change of the model of the energy market in the Republic of Albania or in cases of changes of laws or bylaws that make the provision of this contract inapplicable.

• KESH shall duly perform all its obligations under the KESH Subsidiary Loan Agreement.
