Any information obtained by Kerry Broadband through an application for the Service may be accessed and used by Kerry Broadband for the purposes of performing its obligations under this Agreement and for administration, risk assessment, market research, marketing, debt recovery and credit checking purposes, accurate billing and efficient operation of the Service.
Any network address assignments issued by Kerry Broadband (i.e., Class ABC address Internet Protocol numbers) are the property of Kerry Broadband and are considered to be loaned to its subscribers.
