Kept clean definition

Kept clean which means that the inside and outside of vehicles shall be kept free of dirt, grease, grime, glue, tape (such as duct or masking tape) or other substances which are not the vehicles paint, upholstery, windows, floorboard or otherwise an integrated part of the vehicle’s body. Also the operators of the drivers of private hire cars should not put any posters or slogans for companies, or any other entities except after obtaining the approval of the Centre in this regard.

  • County Engineer means the holder of the statutory office of County Engineer for Harris County or the employee designated by the County Engineer to perform a task required by these Regulations.
