Kennel Owner definition
Kennel Owner means a person or persons who are contracted by the association to supply greyhounds for racing.
Kennel Owner means the person(s) who is the license holder, the person(s) responsible for the day-to-day operation, control, care or maintenance of the kennel, the person(s) who owns, processes or harbours dogs, cats or other domestic animals and, where the owner is a minor, includes the person(s) responsible for or having custody of the minor;
