In consideration of the benefits described in the Employment Agreement, I do hereby fully waive all claims and release The Kansas City Southern Railway Company (KCSR), and its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, directors and officers, fiduciaries, employees and agents, as well as any employee benefit plans from liability and damages related in any way to any claim I may have against or KCSR.
