KCP Control definition
KCP Control means that (i) KCP, (ii) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, (iii) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, (iv) EPL, LLC, (v) EPL II, LLC (Paige Sports) , (vi) EPL III, LLC, (vii) EPL IV, LLC, and/ or (viii) any other entity in which a controlling interest is owned by one or any combination of the persons or entities in the foregoing clauses (i) - (vii), directly or indirectly controls a matter, entity, decision and/ or action.
