The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement by KCP will not violate any other agreement to which it is a party.
KCP agrees to perform his duties hereunder and agrees to the extent that it has been determined necessary and advisable, in the discretion of the Chairman, to travel to any place in the United States, or to a foreign country, where his presence is or may reasonably be required for the performance of his duties hereunder.
