  • KCO Investments shall give the Trust the benefit of its best judgment, efforts and facilities in rendering its services.

  • Where applicable, such records shall be maintained by KCO Investments for the periods and in the places required by Rule 31a-2 under the Act.

  • The Trust, being duly authorized, hereby employs KCO Investments to perform the services described in this Agreement.
