KB&T definition

KB&T means Koekenaap Broking & Trading (Pty)Ltd registration number 2002/006814/07 duly incorporated in accordance with the law of the Republic of South Africa,
KB&T means KBT and its Affiliates), its directors, officers and employees from and against all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, arising out of, incidental to or resulting from its performance of the Agreement, including (a) failure, negligence or delay to perform its obligations under this Agreement; (b) any breach of its representations, warranties, covenants, obligations, undertakings and the terms and conditions under this Agreement and; (c) any claim specifically relating to the Development Work, Development Product or Deliverables. ​

Examples of KB&T in a sentence

  • In return for the Applicant paying the Induction fee as set out in this agreement form, they will receive a KBT Induction and analysis with a trained staff member at the Club.

  • As a point of clarification, Developer is not prohibited from using its electric powertrain layout (including but not limited to the layout of the electric motor, battery, inverter, converter) in other applications as long as the mechanical layout is different from that of KBT.

  • Developer represents and warrants to KBT that it possesses skills, expertise, infrastructure and know-how within the field of designing and prototype development to develop the Development Work and Development Product.

  • Developer shall work to modify Development Product so it becomes non-infringing or acquire a license from the third party to allow KBT to use the Development Product and indemnify KBT against all claims made by the third party and the cost of defending and disputing such claims.

  • Specifications and other SOW will be jointly created by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and KBT in the first stage of the milestones.

  • If KB&T becomes aware of a claim, and in the event of KB&T being joined as a party to such claim by any third party, then KB&T can, in its sole discretion, either settle such claim, or definite, and all costs associated with such claim, including attorney and own client costs shall be borne by the Sub-Contractor.

  • The last variable, Iit, is the most important one as its coefficient will measure the searched price effect caused by the launch of KBT.
